2024 Valley Ball Hockey Registration Form

  • If at any time the season is canceled, a $20.00 administration fee will be held back from all registrations to assist with ongoing costs. (Click to read Refund Policy)
  • At the start of the season, a $150 jersey deposit will be required before your child will be given a jersey. This is required by cheque. Please plan ahead to have a cheque ready for the start of the season.
  • Early Bird Deadline is Dec 31st (Fees go up Jan 1, 2024)
  • **Registration will be open until Feb 4th 2024 for NEW PLAYERS in U9-U20 CO-ED divisions. Registration will be open until Feb 11th 2024 for RETURNING PLAYERS, GIRLS DIVISIONS AND U7 TYKE. DO NOT register after Feb 4th if you are a new player in the U9-U20 CO-ED DIVISIONS.**


If you are registering 3 siblings -  Please contact the Registrar (registrar@vbha.com) by email prior to registering. This will enable you to receive a 10% discount at the time of registration.

If you are registering with Kidsport or Jumpstart - Please contact the Registrar (registrar@vbha.com) by email prior to registering for a coupon code. Please make sure you receive a confirmation email once you have registered! Please save a copy of the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please let our Registrar know (registrar@vbha.com).

New Players to VBHA: Once you have completed your registration, you will have to log in and upload your birth certificate.

Did your child play for Valley Ball Hockey for the 2023 Season *

If your child did NOT play for the 2023 season, they will be required to attend an assessment session before the season begins. Players who are not assessed will not be placed on teams. Look for an email from VBHA about upcoming assessment opportunities.

Is your child a player or goalie? *

Choose which position your child plays (or wants to play). Only one position can be chosen. If goalie is selected, additional questions (part time / full time / want to try) will be asked. If "wants to try" is selected, it is assumed they also play out. More than one goalie may be drafted to a team, therefore, full, part time and players wishing to try playing goal will be left to the discretion of the coach. If "player" is selected, the player's preferred position will be asked in the next question.

Does your child play forward or defence? *

Please select the position your child plays (or wants to play). Positions are left to the coach's discretion but choosing a position helps draft the teams. Please answer this even if full time Goalie position was selected.

GOALIE: Are you full time, part time, or want to try *

Choosing goalie during registration commits your child to playing goalie on a team. This applies to Peewee (U13) and up. Please indicate if your child is a full time goalie, a part time goalie (meaning they will also play out and are happy to share the duties) or wants to try playing goalie. If your child plays in Pup (U11) or YOUNGER, they will be given the opportunity to try goal, but will not have to commit to the position for the season.

A year where a child played goal in Ice Hockey and Ball Hockey would be counted as playing 1 year.

Our organization has become successful due to the large number of people who take part and help the kids in a variety of ways.
